· Anything he is carrying/wearing in either form stays with that form (except the amulet)

Toby is a very bright and brave. He is very awkward about girls and sex. Upbeat and positive almost to the point where you want to kill him. Other then his butler he has no friends, So he tries really hard to get people to like him.
Origin/History Recap:
Toby was a orphan but was adpoted at age 8, into what he thought was a caring home by- millionaire, Burton West.
In truth Burton West cared little about being a father to the boy and wished to train him in the mystic arts and use him as a pawn in his endeavors.
The boy trained for 3 years with West and bonding with West's servant Adam Ward.
Ward sickened by West's plans and killed his boss.
The said to the boy I am not a good man but you could be a great one. He gave the boy the Godfire amulet, which was among his former masters things and told him it's secrets.
Now the boy uses his powers and wealth to help the world.
Adam in many ways is the boys father and assist the boy in helping the world.
Feeling the humans needed to protect themselves the Titan, Prometheus stole the fire of the gods and the secrets of Hephaestus and gave them to the humans.
Prometheus was punished by the gods for helping the humans but the Godfire and the secrets of Hephaestus were safe in the hands of a clever human nammed- Deucalion who secured them into a amulet.
Whoever has a pure heart may use it's powers by saying the word Ignis The Godfire amulet has passed through many owners over the years but has now come into the hands of young Toby Koltz who uses the amulet to help the world as the superhero the Torch.
Toby Koltz has a beach house in San Fran. CA where he lives with his Adam Ward-his butler and friend who acts also as his legal gurdian after the death(murder) of his cruel adoptive father Burton West.
NOTES:
05/30 - Watoomb added to Contacts, along with 'Karmic Debt' penalty;
05/09 - Subtle tweak for duration of Detect Magic; by the book it's 1 Health per activation; pretty extreme so I made it 10 rounds; after thinking about it, that's also extreme so I compromised at a random 1-10 rds; I'll let you make the roll whenever that comes up
